Refund and Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us Please read this policy and the Company terms and conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from Platform, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:-

Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit / debit card account.

• If the client is not able to provide the documents required for processing of order or if the client had been not reachable for more than 7 days, even after numerous attempts for our site to contact either through email, phone or SMS, Uprow ERP reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order without making any refunds.

Cancellation of Order by Customer

• If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with our service or due to any factor for which our organization is solely responsible like any undue delay or human error. The client can voluntarily cancel the order within 14 days from the creation of such order or Commencement (initiation of project) date whichever is earlier, and we will refund the unused amount of your fees in full for Prepaid plans, and refund any Milestone (for fixed price projects) that was paid for but not delivered yet.

For example, if you have paid for a prepaid hourly plan of 100 hours per month, and you wish to cancel after 7 days after the start of contract where 20 hours were utilized on your project, we will refund the 80 hours that were not used.

• In case the client wishes to initiate the refund after the start of work, no refund shall be made. The client will require to pay the 100% of order Amount.

• In no case, Uprow ERP will entertain cancellation requests after 14 days of project commencement or order date.

• Cancellations or refunds will not be entertained in case client had a change of mind.

• A service stands cancelled if the next payment is not received within 7 working days of the next milestone.

Due to the digital nature of the training and software, we are unable to provide refunds on any purchases.

In most cases you have paid for services and/or products and seen the results of using them and received profit from the efforts or deployment and usage of licensed, online tools or services. If you do not see ROI, or return on investment that was promised, Uprow ERP pvt ltd will do everything in its power to ensure that the lack is made up to you in some way. However, as Google, Amazon and other online entities are constantly changing their services, which influences everything online, there can be no iron-clad promises made or returns expected. That would be beyond the scope and ability of Uprow ERP Pvt Ltd to control. However, we do suggest that if you are having issues, you let us try to help you – submit an email support ticket to [email protected] or call your account manager before you decide to cancel. Often it’s a simple fix to get things up and running for you again, or to determine why something broke for you (which happens all the time online) – we’re here to help.

• Every service offered by us takes a different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus the refund policy differs from one service to another.

• There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.

• No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.

• Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.

• No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section or in case of change of mind.

• Uprow ERP is not liable to pay a refund if delay or service disruption happens due to client or any third party involvement.
